About the role:
To manage all personnel activities within the designated division by applying & ensuring compliance of Personnel Policies & Procedures, and to liaise all governmental activities with the concerned departments.
Area of responsibility:
- Manage Personnel activities with concerned departments efficiently.
- Provide consultancy services to the assigned divisions on the latest developments/changes in HR Policies & Procedures.
- Provide Support to Divisional GMs on the right flow of procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews on the HR Policies and make necessary recommendations to the HR management in case of need to update/amend.
- Ensure proper compliance of HR Policies & Procedures.
- Ensure that HR & Admin services are provided to the employees in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that employees are provided with medical services as per Company Policy.
- Ensure Timely Pay to all employees by providing all necessary Payroll and Personnel & Compensation documentations on time and accurately.
- Manage governmental documentations process for all employees within the division.
- Ensure that Iqamas, Passports and Work Permits are renewed and provided on time.
- Manage the process of contracts to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Mange the flow of processing TRAs and related required documentations efficiently.
- Control the outstanding documents finalization with concerned line Mgrs and departments.
Requirements:
1- Education & Certifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Desirable:
- Internationally recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
2- Professional Experience
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial HR role.
Desirable:
- 8–12 years of HR-related experience, preferably within reputable organizations known for best HR practices.
