Job Purpose:

Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing mobility Solution and support Mobility Operation.

Major Accountabilities:

Responsibilities:

To take complete responsibility for applications as per allocation by Head Of IT and his immediate Supervisor.
Study, design and developed systems to meet company needs.
Train users on use and interpretation of all systems developed and implemented.
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all the application required.
Prepares progress reports on systems implemented and ensure proper communication of relevant issues and problems in timely manner.
To plan and lead projects, coordinate with key responsible persons from various departments to accomplish the projects in a timely manner.
To manage and conduct business analysis for the company and prepare documents to facilitate decision-making.
To provide application support after implementation.
Responsible to coordinate with the users regarding the systems development request and requirements.
Promote the use of reports by giving examples of how it can increase user productivity.
Responsible for the development, maintenance and implementation of in-house Systems.
Prepare training materials for systems implemented.
Conduct application system presentations and training to concerned stakeholders.
Reviews and submits recommendations covering possible organizational changes as a result of any system implemented.
Develops and maintains computer programs and software packages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Masters, or a related field preferred
