Job description
Country Head for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain & Kuwait will assume responsibility for overseeing strategic and operational activities across these key markets. This senior leadership role requires an accomplished, results-driven executive with the ability to manage complex operations, build strong relationships with local stakeholders, and drive business growth within diverse regional markets. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in cross-cultural management, a comprehensive understanding of regional dynamics, and the capacity to ensure efficient operations while ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain & Kuwait in alignment with the broader regional (ASMEA) and global business strategies. Oversee the creation and execution of strategic business development initiatives aimed at increasing market share and expanding TÜV SÜD’s footprint within the region. Ensure alignment of country-specific strategies with the overarching global corporate strategy to achieve unified goals. Manage capital expenditures, strategic investments, and expansion initiatives to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s competitive positioning. Drive profitability through strategic pricing and revenue optimization, while managing associated risks and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities to safeguard the financial health of the organization. Oversee the day-to-day operations across all assigned countries, ensuring the implementation of efficient processes, maximized productivity, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures to enhance performance and operational effectiveness. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business partners, and clients in each country. Direct the development and execution of customer-centric strategies designed to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and forward-thinking. Lead the attraction, development, and retention of top talent, cultivating a high-performing team environment characterized by collaboration, inclusiveness, and excellence through effective mentorship and leadership of both management and staff. Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Promote sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives as part of the organization’s core values. Provide regular, detailed reports to the executive team on performance metrics, challenges, and emerging opportunities across each market. Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, delivering updates on operational progress, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
