Role Purpose:
Carry out Syrup Room operation and cleaning as per standard operating procedures
Accountabilities:
1. Carry out Syrup Room operation and cleaning as per standard operating procedures
2. Advise supervisor for maintenance of defective operation as required.
3. Wear the right PPE during Syrup Room operation and cleaning procedures
4. Fill out documents / sheets during Syrup Room operation
5. Carry out pre-operational check to syrup Room for effective efficiency and utilization
6. Perform personal hygiene during Syrup Room operation
7. Prepare required concentrates and consumables for Syrup Manufacturing use
8. Prepare Syrup batch for production use.
9. Prepare, adjust and Contimol parameters prior to start of operation
10. Conduct CIP with Contimol / production lines/All Syrup Tanks as per standard operating procedures
11. Coordinate with production and maintenance for any issues with the Contimol.
Role Requirements
- Working day or night shift
- 8 – 12 hours per shift
- Physically strenuous activities
- High School Graduate
- Clear written and spoken English
- Minimums 2 years’ experience in the soft drink
- Experienced with automated Process Control
- Experience in working with a multicultural team.
- Contribute towards reducing production losses
- Knowledge on implementation of quality standards
